Annual Squash Tournament

Hi Folks

It is that time of year again, when our annual squash tournament comes to the fore. Having been absent for the last two seasons due to circumstances beyond our control it is now resurrected. It will begin on Monday 18th April, with Finals on Saturday 7th May. There are lots of events which are listed below, and since it was last run, we have had many new members and invite them all to take part in what is sure to be a fun and buzzy three weeks with a good atmosphere all round. It is also a great way to getting to meet people you would not normally play.

The entry lists are up on the notice board, for more visibility, so please put your name down for as many events as you can. If you would prefer you can email me direct and I will arrange your entries - ericrdstevenson@gmail.com -. Cost is £3.00 per event.

As soon as numbers are known a tournament schedule will be circulated, as will a daily order of play as the tournament progresses.

Open Singles (open to all)
Handicap Singles (open to all)
Ladies Singles (open to Ladies only)
Doubles (open to all)
Vets (open to those over 45 on date of entry)
Vintage (open to those over 55 on date of entry)
Seniors (open to those over 65 on date of entry#
Juniors (open to those under 18 on date of Finals)
Plate ( open to all first round losers of the Open, and second round losers if they had a bye)

Entries close Tuesday 12th April, so time is tight.
Act fast to get your entries in, for what is sure to be a great fun filled few weeks.
